Overview

Reuters is seeking a Partnerships Associate to help manage a portfolio of content partners e.g. National Geographic and The Guardian. You will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships and improving the workflow of the partner team. Our business is truly global. Our partners are a diverse group of content creators located in Silicon Valley, Beijing and other locations. A typical day Improving the experience for partners from the point of signature through to ensuring their success with Reuters. Conduct routine check-ins (in person and on the phone), educating and integrating the partner on Reuters and the Connect platform, engaging internal stakeholders and business resources to support partners Acting as a key point of contact for the operational management of partners ensuring that partner payments, partner queries and any unexpected changes are handled or escalated where necessary Identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure that all processes are streamlined Work closely with legal, customer support, and other teams to ensure that our practices, templates, and procedures make us easy to work with You must have Five GCSE grades C - A (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths Skills needed Our business is built on trust. Our partnership program depends on trust too. A strong sense of ethics and ability to communicate are required for this role. General knowledge of, and genuine interest in the news industry and how trends and practices differ globally is essential. Must have the maturity, poise, and communication skills suitable to interact directly and build trust with high-profile partners. Prioritisation and multi-tasking skills are essential.
