Overview
Reed Legal are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Lawyer for one of the Legal 500 Law firm based in Reading. Due to their continual success and to support their growth,they are now looking for an Associate or Senior associate to lead/support their Transaction Support team . The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with commercial legal due diligence & Mergers and Acquisitions.This role will be suitable for a lawyer who has had exposure to a range of commercial matters, including general commercial, IP, IT, procurement and projects and has also been involved in supporting M&A activity, assessing legal risk, reporting to corporate teams and negotiation of warranties and indemnities. We are open to consider both private practice or in-house lawyers .The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills in the management of junior lawyers and liaison with colleagues, including Corporate lead lawyers.
