Overview
Salary - 35k-40k We are looking for an experienced Credit Control and Billing Manager to be an integral part of the finance team at a fast-growing tech business The role: Constant contract with customer to ensure invoiced have been received and processed Liaison with the sales support team to ensure all materials are delivered to customers Managing the daily review of bank statement and recording cash receipts Liaising with billing analysts in managing the daily allocation of cash receipts Resolving queries both internal and external Issue tax certs to overseas clients Provide regular updates to the CFO & FC Assist with quarterly VATT returns Supporting the FC with audit requests Completion of the annual tax returns in line with local requirements Manage the unapplied cash account Provide commentary on top 10 key debtors on a monthly basis About you: Highly experienced Credit Controller with a proven track record of international sales collection Familiarity with withholding tax accounting surrounding international sales Able to work autonomously and able to adhered to tight deadlines/deliver under pressure Excellent communication skills as this role is a pivotal part of the business, must be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Proficient on excel - V look ups and pivot tables Strong problem and decision making skills Team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is highly proactive If you are looking to grow within a team and develop a career with an award winning production company please get in touch now Additionally if you know anyone suitable for this position and would like a thank you referral please get in touch.
