Job Description
Hearst's Accreditation Team are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales person to join as Accreditation Lead. You will be responsible for driving revenue throughout the team, with specific responsibilities for one category of busing (tbc but likely Appliances & Tech) along with management of 3 more junior members of the team. We are looking for someone who embodies the Hearst values, embraces the role and continues to drive excellence through leadership & experience. You will be an experienced seller, responsible for independently driving the success of the team and in collaboration with the other teams within Hearst. You must be an excellent strategic thinker, and can solution sell across the whole Hearst portfolio for Accreditations. As our Accreditation Lead you will apply your strong endorsement understanding and ability to articulate Hearst's accreditation offering to deliver tangible business results. You will be a strong and engaging presenter to all levels to lead and drive a high performing sales team, supporting collaboration between teams across Hearst Solutions, to provide the best customer service. ABOUT YOU Substantial relevant professional sales lead experience Strong understanding of the endorsement industry with the ability to credibly articulate Hearst's proposition Comprehensive understanding of the accreditation business Proven track record in managing, motivating and developing a sales team Possess ability to develop relationship with senior industry contacts and a trusted advisor to clients
