REPORTS TO Finance Director RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES REPORTING Weekly venue P&L Weekly head office P&L to include wage reconciliation Weekly sales report (WSR) Weekly cost report MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISION Cash and Banking: o Cash flow o Takings reconciliation o Bank reconciliation o Web bookings/Fatsoma/Tonic/Skiddle reconciliation o Review and action deposit refunds Accounts Payable: o Review weekly payment run o Upload weekly payment run to Barclays o Credit Card reconciliation and posting oPromotor commission calculations DUTIES Monthly management accounts Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and control to identify issues arising SUN - all accounting e.g. prepayments, accruals, correction entries, DMN, banking deposits, unallocated BACSetc. Supplier set up forms - including entering bank details Utilities - review and first stage authorisation on Docuware Rent, rates, service charge - review and first stage authorisation on Docuware Weekly Third Party Debtors reconciliations and postings e.g. Time Out, Wowcher, 99 Comedy Issue invoices to Third Parties Yearly statutory accounts Review quarterly bonus calculations for Sales team Intercompany reconciliations VAT workings, upload to HMRC and payments TRONC details sent over to payroll Authorisation of payments Main Finance point of contact for venues Knowledge of Sage, Zonal, Forth,
