Resourcing Consultant - The Company An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Consultant to join our clients busy and expanding team. They specialise within Technology, Digital and Change recruitment and offer a great career option for fresh graduates. Salary between £25,000-£40,000 (1st year OTE) Access to the latest job boards and social media tools. The latest training and development delivered by some of the leading external suppliers of recruitment training within the industry A great open working environment A great social calendar Uncapped commission structure Quarterly bonus Fantastic incentive schemes; free dinners/lunches in Michelin Star restaurants, all expenses paid 5 holidays, yearly ski trips, free gym memberships etc. Resourcing Consultant - Duties: Develop candidate relationships via networking and In-depth Interviews to determine their marketable, skills, experience and motivations Advertising and marketing roles through job boards and social media platforms Arrange meetings with prospective candidates Build strong candidate databases Attend client meetings in order to build client relationships Attend external assessment centres throughout the UK airport network Working to strict deadlines in order to meet customer demands and lead times Updating and maintaining a database using MS Office on a day to day basis. Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. Undertake any other duties as and when required Resourcing Consultant - Skills and Experience: Degree 2:1 or above Worked alongside education, experience of working to KPI targets preferred Bubbly and outgoing Pro-active go getters Possess first class written and verbal communication skills As a Resourcing Consultant, you will be working for one of the fastest growing recruitment companies within its sector.
