Overview
Gibson Jones is proudly partnering with a leading software company who are looking to hire an experienced Head of Software, due to continued expansion plans and heavy financial investment. This role will be key in developing and improving their NEW product offering. The successful candidate will drive the architecture forward and lead the team through this exciting period. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver the technical strategy for the team Lead the engineering team by providing excellent technical knowledge Act as a decision maker on software architecture and information security Work along side the product team to drive forward new customer centric products Provide reports to internal stakeholders Required Experience: Previous experience in designing and developing IOT or SAAS products Experience of working with cloud technologies (Azure Google AWS) Understanding of Agile methodology Exposure to Information Security practices Collaborating with teams across multiple sites This role is based in Nottingham and offer great benefits (such as working from home, flexible hours, shares, and bonus) If you are interested in this position, feel you have the relevant skills and would like to apply please call us or apply online.
