Overview

The PMO Manager will work with Information Security Transformation Programme (ISTP) Manager to deliver value to the firm in accordance with the Information Security Transformation mandate. The PMO with support delivery of the programme business case through management of resource sourcing, allocation and leverage, development and ongoing maintenance of project framework, method, tools and technology, resource, project budget and cost reviews, scoping, setup, planning and realisation of benefits. Setup and management of PMO Function Work with the ISTP Manager to deliver the Programme road map, strategy and business case Work with the internal PMO function to track, monitor and assure project activity Establish and maintain the programme inventory, ensuring clear categorisation and prioritisation of projects. Monitor and track the programmes spend and make recommendations to drive efficiency of spend Support the Programme Manager in budget and resource management. Establish and manage a central view of programme resource and drive allocation to projects aligned to timing and capability requirements Desired Skills & Experience Experience of maintaining and facilitating programme or portfolio level governance forums An ability to engage at a senior executive level Proficient at producing and presenting senior executive level reports Has an understanding of a broad range of business functions Able to handle complex programme dynamics and changing business priorities
