We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join an expanding team based in Watford. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical resolution and will be responsible for meeting user requirements and ensuring maintenance across all UK offices. Skills / Environment Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Troubleshooting switches, routers, network traffic analysis Azure Cloud services is desirable Windows 10 environment Office 365 TCP/IP Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam infrastructure Windows Active Directory Role Overview You will Provide onsite helpdesk/end user support for devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, label printers, and monitors as well as Windows 10 environment with Office 365. Install and maintain printers, desktops, laptops, phones and other hardware as necessary for new hires, desk transfers, or replacement of faulty/broken IT equipment. You will Respond to helpdesk tickets and priorities work orders.
