Overview
A leading Legal 100 firm is seeking a commercial solicitor to join its national team advising on all aspects of non-contentious commercial matters. You will be a commercial solicitor with around 5 years' PQE that should include commercial contracts, commercial agreement, intellectual property and IT matters. You will be based in the firm's Watford office but will benefit from the firm's London, Bristol and Birmingham offices coverage as well. The team acts for clients in the technology, IT and pharmaceutical sectors and experience in the latter is preferred albeit not essential. The firm can offer a competitive salary along with a full benefits package and senior candidates can expect good career prospects.
