Our client: A leading beauty & wellness pureplay retailer Real expertise and authority in their field with a completely customer-focussed mission and purpose Young, high-growth business with international offices and global audience Now seeking an eCommerce Manager to support and grow the team The eCommerce Manager role: Work with internal stakeholders and an external agency to drive improvements to SEO and CRO Work with the wider team to ensure ROI, revenue and growth targets are met for PPC Continuous analysis and reporting of all eCommerce metrics Management of the eCommerce team Ideal eCommerce Manager candidate: 10 years in eCommerce, 5 years in an eCommerce Manager role or similar Numbers driven professional; focussed with a strong eye for detail Proven leadership experience and success leading a team Ideally from a high-growth pureplay or established multichannel business A desire to be 'hands on’ with all projects Ideally have experience working in beauty, or fashion, but this is not essential Confident with Google analytics Please send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 10/15648/7 .
