Commercial Litigator – In House
Overview
A renowned FMCG organisation are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, with at least 5 years’ PQE, for a 6-month contract based in London. The role could covert to a permanent opportunity. The organisation is looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Disputes Associate to join its London team and work on a broad range of challenging and interesting disputes. To be successful in this Disputes role, you will need to be England & Wales qualified, have evidential experience in Disputes and have a strong academic background. You must be a pragmatic lawyer who can advise, influence and support key stakeholders to ensure close alignment between the Legal function and business areas and identify and progress value creation opportunities. The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 5 years PQE within a reputable disputes team. You will be used to working autonomously, taking responsibilities and advising senior executives.
