This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner, looking to join an entrepreneurial practice based in London's West End. This practice punch well above their weight and due to an influx of work, they are now looking for a Partner who can come in and hit the ground running. They have an international reach with over 50 Partner offices worldwide, with a growing international client base. Their growing client bases includes FTSE companies, property professionals, offshore investors, developers, SMEs and HNW Individuals. They really stand apart from the crowd due to their innovative approach, they are ahead of the curve with technology and have an excellent set up for fee earners to be able to work remotely, which helps add a lot more value to their clients. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner to join a well-established team in the West End of London. With this role you will work in a team of 15 fee earners, the team has 8 and due to an influx of work, they are looking for another Partner to join the team. Due to the mix of work coming through, they are open to background and current caseload. You will have the opportunity to deal with, Acquisitions & Disposals, Landlord & Tenant, Development, Investment and Corporate Support. Requirements: You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE You will have a strong background, with an eye for detail Being a team player is essential Willingness to be involved with business development is also desired Salary & Benefits: You will receive a highly competitive salary, which is negotiable depending on experience They offer good benefits such as private medical etc This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner to join a growing firm with an international reach in London's West End.
