Many of their departments have won awards this year and are continuing to grow. The Role This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Partner to join this firms City of London office. The team advises on technology and other commercial projects and negotiates the contracts that govern them, from IT outsourcing agreements, software development and deployment agreements to licensing arrangements. In addition, they have developed specialist expertise in biotechnology and notably the law applicable to gene therapies. The clients are high quality and often international and you will work alongside other expert leaders in your field. Requirements: You will be an experienced Commercial Partner 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE) To be a businessperson not just a lawyer In return, you will receive an excellent benefits package and salary above market rate and dependent on experience/the individual, although it is thought it would be an above industry average figure.
