Overview
Following the trend in Political Risk / Credit and the need for strong analytical capabilities within underwriting, our client is looking to hiring a Credit Analyst to join a market leading underwriting team. You will be providing credit risk assessments for individual risks in emerged and emerging markets, corporate and sovereign structured credit including: - Reserve based leading - Commodity pre-export financing - Acquisition finance Along with being up to date, and presenting to the wider team and management, on macro-economic trends, as well as market outlook. You must have strong analytical skills that have been applied within either the insurance market or wider financial services. You will have or be willing to complete the CFA Level 1 qualification and be degree educated. You'll be joining a fast paced environment, so the ability to make decisive decisions quickly will be essential.
