Overview
My client is a emerging build to rent property company who have a large US backer and they are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to help drive global growth. Ideally they are looking for a commercially minded and dynamic individual who has the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments and is able to influence and explain financial details. The company itself reflects the nascent nature of the company and has a dress down, flexible culture with multiple perks and sustainability in mind. Thus the role requires someone who reflects these values and is able to really add value to a business. The position is as follows: Key Responsibilities Build strong business partnering relationships with a variety of departments Develop relationships with regional Finance Mangers Manage out-sourced accountancy providers Oversee the prep of Stat accountants Budgeting, forecasting and planning Oversee banking relationships Responsible for the Management Accountants Competitor bench marking Key Requirements ACA 3 years plus post qualified Previous Real Estate experience Experience of management strongly preferential Excellent interpersonal skills Amazing attention to detail If you are keen on this role please apply below or call David Goadsby on .
