Overview
Chief Technology Officer We are recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer in the Camden area. As a Chief Technology Officer you will need to have/be: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience Accredited to ITIL foundation level or higher Extensive experience of running an infrastructure support group or a similar technical support fiction Previously managed and developed multi-disciplinary technical teams Previously evaluated, selected, commissioned and managed core infrastructure products (both hardware and software) Previously set and managed complex IT budgets both revenue and capital Ability to write strategic documents and complex business cases to present to senior stakeholders Detailed knowledge of Microsoft's product offering including capabilities and competitor products Knowledge on core networking technologies together and an understanding of the key technology providers ITIL IT service management methodology knowledge or an equivalent discipline Some knowledge of information security protocols including device and network encryption services Details: Salary: £82,222 per annum (inclusive of London allowance and 10% on call allowance Working Hours: Monday - Friday Full time Location: Camden Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Role of a Chief Technology Officer: Have ownership and manage the IT infrastructure, development, digital/mobile programme and related resources that are required to plan, develop, deliver and support IT services and products Management of the change process and the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards Management of performance of systems and services in terms of their contribution to business performance and their financial costs and sustainability Management of bought-in services Develop continual service improvement plans to ensure the IT infrastructure adequately supports business needs Represent IT in meetings Budget management Staff management Contract ownership Compliance monthly returns Deliver the IT strategy Ensure adequate cover On call in place Benefits of working as a Chief Technology Officer: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company Pension Cycle to Work scheme Child Care Vouchers Financial Services Benefits Various salary sacrifice schemes and retail discounts If you are interested in the above role please click apply Extra Personnel Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
