Overview
This role has been setup in order to be the right hand of the Finance Director and assist with the setup and management of their new Legal Entities as well as the continued implementation of new procedures and controls to build the company in a strong, sustainable manner. Over and above the immediate requirements this role has been designed to become the Finance Manager (mini FD) in 18/24 moths time. Responsibilities include: Managing and coordinate bookkeeping and preparing monthly management accounts of group wide subsidiary and branches, together with service providers Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, across multiple EMEA jurisdictions Manage and prepare VAT returns, Corporation tax returns in multiple jurisdictions, with an awareness of Transfer Pricing policies and procedures Other functional responsibilities such as corporate governance, technical accounting, process improvements AR/AP management, processing/issuing invoices while ensuring proper and appropriate controls and processes management on behalf of the finance function Monitoring cash balances, prepare payment requests, reviewing payment instructions to ensure compliance with policies Involvement in managing cashflow, when required Addressing accounting audit, internal audit and tax audit issues as they arise Ad hoc financial, compliance and company secretarial tasks for Group entities at the request of Finance Director Requirements: Strong educational background Top 10 Audit experience. Broad industry experience. Strong technical finance knowledge Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant Recently qualified OR 1-3 year PQE For more information please apply or drop a message stating your interest.
