Sales Manager - Cyber Security 70-100k Base, 120-150k OTE Excellent Benefits London As a progressive law firm, our client has grown a successful Cyber Security Consultancy that delivers services to both corporate and enterprise-level companies. From digital investigations through to incident response, they offer a world-class service that is poised for phenomenal growth. To meet demand, they are currently seeking an experienced cyber security Sales Manager to drive consultancy growth. As a quota bearing Sales Manager, you will: Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities in the mid-enterprise space Manage prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop a sales pipeline Develop, nurture and manage key client relationships Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing company accounts Build, manage and lead a sales team to support your growing consultancy business Take on P & L responsibility The ideal candidate will: Possess 5 years experience in a client-facing sales role where the emphasis was on Cyber Security Consultancy Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings Have leadership potential Demonstrate the ability to formulate and implement sales strategies Have a good technical understanding (IT methodologies, principles and technology) Be on the way up in your career The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 70-100k with an uncapped OTE of 120-150k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
