Job title: Agile Coach Location: Sunbury-on-Thames Employment type: Contract, 14 months Industry: Finance, Oil & Gas, Information technology Daily Rate: £730-£780/Day Our client, a top 5 global energy sector company known as a leader in development of innovative energy solutions is looking for Agile Coach to join their ever-growing Team on a 14-month contract basis. Your main responsibilities Support multiple teams through an Agile transition including standing-up new teams, supporting existing teams, and performing Agile Adoption assessments Facilitate development of Agile communities including delivery of educational interactive classes and help teams address organizational impediments by communicating and educating various levels of management Actively build in-house capability and self-sufficiency through provision of coaching and support and work closely with internal coaches to build internal coaching capability Your skills & experience Deep understanding of different Agile and lean approaches and supporting context, such as: Agile behaviours Agile project governance Agile and Lean process Fostering a collaborative culture across Services, program and project teams Wide-ranging coaching experience and be able to manage senior and leadership team level stakeholders with ease. A spectacular understanding of Scrum, combined with significant recent experience performing a Scrum master role and successfully delivering software projects. Additional requirements A solid understanding of Lean and Kanban Principle and Practices, and the importance of balancing demand with capacity using transparency and flow within an Agile Teams. Experience of Azure DevOps is essential
