Overview
Our client is a whole of market brokerage specialising in self-employed and impaired credit mortgages. It’s a small, friendly business with a strong customer focus and a consistently reliable service. The primary focus is to support the Brokers within the office and assist the Administration team. This will involve progressing new mortgage applications from submission to completion as well as take on PA responsibilities to support the Director. Key Responsibilities: Progress new mortgage applications from submission to completion Review accounts, tax calculations and credit reports Book in meeting with clients, lenders and staff on behalf of the Director Responsible for DIPS, mortgage applications, valuations and completions Liaise with multiple lenders, estate agents and solicitors on a daily basis Manage client’s expectations to the current SLA times. Ideal Candidate: Experience within a broker (preferably whole of market) Clear understanding of lending criteria; including highstreet and specialist Must be confident to liaise with clients, lenders and other third parties Good level of English and Maths (GCSE B grade or higher)
