ER & OD Partner London - Tech £80,000-100,000 Perm Fast growing tech business are seeking a strategic ER & OD Partner. This is a critical time for this organisation as they grow their team. This organisation is an employee first business with an incredible package on offer. The position: You'll be the go-to person for solving complex HR and policy issues Deliver large scale change programs - organisational design and restructuring projects Being the lead on complex ER matters Work with the people partner to deliver their diversity and inclusion strategy Review and implement efficient reporting methods Your profile: You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who has delivered multiple change projects along with strong ER skills You will come from a start-up environment or have experience working in SME who have scaled Be able to demonstrate bespoke approaches you have previously implemented Strong stakeholder engagement skills gained from working with technical/ scientific client groups
