L&D Coordinator - Up to £24,000 - Surbiton Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen working within a Facilities Management Business, renowned for working in a variety of sectors. They have a strong reputation with well established relationships. They are now seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team in Surbiton. Your new role You will support the L&D Manager and L&D Business Partner by providing administrative support to the L&D function. You will provide resource to the L&D function ensuring that training courses, training schemes and personal development activities are administered, monitored, delivered, evaluated and reported on with the learning and development strategies. You will liaise with HR and senior teams to ensure that coordination exists between the L&D and business functions. You will raise and approve purchase orders, organising payments with external contacts. You will organise and provide support with events and workshops. There will also be occasional UK travel required within the role. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be qualified to A-Level or equivalent. You will be confident in managing high volumes of transactional activities, whilst working to deadlines. You will be confident in managing information systems, with excellent Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.You will see the importance in learning and development, promoting the L&D function, internal development and the growth of the companies people. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships and communicate at all levels. Desirably you will have gained experience working in a training and development function within a B2B multi-site working environment.
