Overview

The company You will be joining a leading facilities management provider working for some of the UK's biggest brands across government, public and private sectors. The role You will be required to support the L&D manager by providing a professional resource to the L&D function including management of the Apprenticeship Levy programmes and account, design and delivery of face-to-face and web-based sessions. Providing support to apprentices and graduates including regular reviews with line managers and mentors. Monitoring, analysing and reporting on course evaluations and feedback. Conduct learning needs analysis, working to L&D Strategy to ensure department output is aligned to HR and business strategy Could this be for you? Experienced in design and delivery of face to face and web-based training programmes Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred Strong project management skills Highly capable and confident presentation skills Ability and confident to work well with all levels Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential The drive, determination and tenacity to manage others with regards to compliance towards completing vocational qualifications, whilst promoting the importance of learning and development in our business The position will require the jobholder to travel on a UK wide basis as required to meet the demands of the role.
