Overview
We are currently working with a confidential client in the Midlands area who is looking for a Head of HR. Specific sector experience is not a pre-requisite; indeed many of our clients are keen to embrace "what good likes" from outside their current environment. What is more important is that strong candidates have a desire to work in a fast paced commercial organisation closely aligned to business leaders who have challenging times ahead We are interested in having informal career conversations with candidates we feel could be aligned to our client's needs. A demonstrable track record of achievement is essential as you will need to hit the ground running after a swift start. For this assignment, relevant sector experience, such as technology, retail, logistics, service related businesses would be an advantage. Alternatively some of our clients are actively targeting talented HR professionals from new environments who will bring fresh ideas.
