Overview
Artis Recruitment are currently supporting an exciting business with the recruitment of a new Resourcing Business Partner role. The role will have the opportunity to develop a truly market leading resourcing model, work actively on developing the employee brand proposition and create a market awareness that can differentiate the company in its sector. Sponsored from the board down you will have the support from key stakeholders and managers to drive a great direct hiring experience using all the tools a progressive attraction function need to be successful. You will be regarded by peers as a hard working, but creative and agile individual. You will understand best practice and have an active interest in developing new a progressive solutions to attraction in competitive markets. Knowledge/Experience/Skills: Understanding and demonstrable knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, from attraction through to onboarding - Previous experience of managing and delivering recruitment and selection projects (or similar); ideally within high-volume and specialist/ technical environments Experience of transacting recruitment activities via on-line recruitment systems Exceptional project management skills An understanding of the dynamics of meaningful key stakeholder relationship management Motivation to deliver exceptional service to managers and candidates alike Experience of commercial and budget management with the ability to manage contract fulfilment Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisational and time management skills A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Experience of co-ordinating activity across small teams The ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills The ability to prioritise and effectively execute tasks even when under pressure Competencies: Exceptional communicator with great listening skills Highly self-motivated and able to skilfully think in high pressurised situations Positively embraces change and bounces back from challenges Artis Recruitment provide specialist recruitment services within HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Contact and Executive Search.
