Resource Management Director (Site Management/CRA Resourcing Experience Required)

Monitors and troubleshoots process issues; completes root cause analysis to resolve process issues and identify system enhancements for improved processes and reporting; and liaises with Business Units to monitor and ensure the effective operation and utilization of integrated solutions by all employees. The individual will + Serve as RDS RM workstream lead. Steer workstream to comprehensively encompass RDS departments (ie ClinOps, VT, DSSR, IQVIA Biotech, Clinical GFR, DnDI, Lab) + Have a good operational understanding of how resources are deployed to our portfolio of work + Strategize and collaborate with enterprise LTC RM requirements + Must have a global and strategic mindset with experience/ability to understand impact of tactical implementation + As relevant, bring forward improvements in RM tool + Ensure relevant data inputs/data outputs for RM functionality along the RDS continuum including tighter interaction with finance data including pricing feeds and EAC forecasts + Promote/support opportunities to leveraging ACOE automation where relevant _Join Us_ Making a positive impact on human health takes insight, curiosity, and intellectual courage.
