We are Kanteen, a fresh & healthy fast food dining space in Custard Factory, Birmingham. This is our pilot store which we intend to roll out to multiple units. We serve feel good, creative menu’s that are inspired by world street food. All of our food is healthy & nutritious, free from all additives. If you can’t grow it in a field then we don’t use it. Our menu’s are cooked by trained chefs onsite, fresh every day. No central kitchens or factory lines. No bad stuff added to extend its shelf life or enhance flavour, our chefs take care of this naturally. We champion the independent. If a brand is owned by a corporate than we’re not stocking it. We spend our time searching for the best producers and makers bringing these great products to our wonderful customers.
