As a member of our Operations team you would be absolutely critical in delivering a successful customer experience, and driving high standards through all customer side stakeholders. Purpose of role: Identify, through the effective use of the Demand Logic platform, operational performance issues (energy, maintenance and comfort) in our customers’ buildings. Build and maintain great relationships with our customers - you will be a key contact on some significant blue chip accounts. Use initiative and common sense to solve problems Become an expert in understanding and optimising building performance Duties and responsibilities: To undertake formal and ‘on the job’ learning in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of building services engineering as it applies to building performance Use the Demand Logic Web-based platform to identify and raise actions for onsite customer teams to implement in order to improve building performance. Weekly/Monthly calls with customer teams Enthusiastically drive engagement from customer service providers Create and maintain excellent customer relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction Assist Operations team with building performance/BMS diagnostics using the Demand Logic web-based platform Assist Operations team with account user interface creation, maintenance of views and development of bespoke building and plant performance analytics to satisfy customer requirements Assist with cross-company R&D projects and product development Assist Operations team with device deployments & client training Assist Operations team with quantifying energy savings Skills & experience: The built environment is responsible for c.40% of UK Carbon emissions. It is increasingly acknowledged that data holds the key to reducing this. This sector is growing fast and the skillset offers a solid foundation for a career in using data and software to help solve the biggest problems we have ever faced. Essential STEM, sustainability or building engineering degree (We will also consider NVQ Level 2 in building services, mechanical or energy engineering) Evidence of interest in sustainability and building performance High level of computer literacy Excellent oral and written communication skills - with the ability to communicate technical details to a range of audiences Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve objectives on time Self-driven, motivated & eager to learn Tenacious problem solver Great organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage directly with client teams, either over the phone or in person.
