Job Description
Southern Housing Group are looking for a Voids Supervisor, who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward thinking organisation. Working within the Southern Maintenance Service (SMS) team, the Voids Supervisor will be responsible for providing a high quality repairs and maintenance service to the Customers at Southern Housing Group. Job Description The Voids Supervisor will provide day-to-day supervision of a voids team within a geographical area. They will ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to and the team achieve performance targets.
