Day Shift Maintenance Engineer - North London £35,000 plus £2,500 shift allowance Our client is are an internationally recognized facilities management service provider. They are seeking a shift maintenance engineer to join their team, working on a 4 on/ 4 off basis (days only), at a large healthcare site they run in North London. As a shift maintenance engineer you will ideally be mechanically qualifed with your level 3 City & Guilds, alongside a proven track record in commercial facilities management. However the client is open to applicants from an electrical background, who has strong experience of the mechanical duties. Duties of the shift maintenance engineer will include covering all ppm and reactive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Motors, Pressurizers, heating systems, HVAC, water systems, clearing blockages, plant checks, lighting, changing ballasts, starters, led’s, strip, fault finding to panels, sockets, floor boxes, data points, fire alarm test’s, emergency lighting, minor fabrics, paperwork and any other facilities management issues that may arise on the site.
