Part-time Warehouse Operative - Goods Controller (25 hours per week Monday-Friday)

Job Description
We are looking for a multi-skilled Warehouse Operative - Goods Controller to join our Facilities Team in Feltham. This position requires working closely with Facilities Manager and carry out a series of duties from goods in and out management and monitoring stock inventory in racking/storage area to maintaining secure, safe and clean working environment. You will ensure the warehouse is maintained to a very high standard. Reporting to Facilities Manager you will work closely with building maintenance engineer, 3rd party contractors and on-site team. Key responsibilities Maintaining stock control system Ensuring that all deliveries are checked for quantity & quality and accurately received on the stock control system Ensuring Goods are stored safely and securely Conducting monthly Stock/Goods Checks Recording / tracking goods coming in and out Issuing / maintaining relevant paperwork Operating forklift - loading / unloading Delivery unpacking when required and stacking of pallets as well as manage wrapping of pallets and ensuring all pallets are labelled correctly Maintain quality, security, environmental and health and safety standards Always use personal protective equipment in an appropriate manner Ensure all storage areas for equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition Liaising with contractors and other workers when requested Performs other related tasks as assigned by FM About You Stock control experience essential Excellent communication and administration skills Ability to work to deadlines Use own initiative Ability to work quickly, accurately and pay attention to detail The ability to prioritize workload as well as having the right attitude to react positively when working under pressure Computer literacy ideally proficient using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) To hold a clean driving license Reach or counterbalance forklift licence Please note that the recruitment for this role is currently on hold however we are still super keen to hear from you if you are looking for the next step in your career, as we are actively pipelining talent in this area of the business.
