Our client based in Croydon are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within an established currently growing from strength to strength . They are looking to hire an experienced Credit Control Manager to join their fantastic finance team . Key Responsibilities Responsible for targeted to collections Manage a team of 4 Ensure customers are contacted to resolve outstanding payment, credit or debit claims and that these are processed in a timely manner and within authorised sanction limits. Regular account reconciliations Responsible for customer disputes and building relationships Responsible for the reconciliation of the Sales ledger Prepare and distribute the monthly Credit Control reporting: debit note report and query management reports. Monitor Credit Insurance limits maintained in accordance with the Group Credit to policy. Develop the team of Credit Controllers Skills & Experience Four-year minimum relevant Credit Control experience Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software and Word & Excel Previous supervisory experience Ability to lead a team Can-do attitude
