Part Time Finance Manager - 30h per week - Milton Keynes - up to £40,000 Are you looking for a Finance position which you can fit around home life, without compromising on career progression or a trade-off on quality of role? This business, an SME organisation in Milton Keynes, is looking for a part time Finance Manager to take over the day-to-day management of the function and support the Head of Finance. Looking after 1 direct report who looks after finance administration and data management. You will run monthly management accounts, looking into key variances to budget and providing essential commentary on where the business is financially. You'll provide non-finance teams with management information to support budget holders as well as act as the main point of contact for external auditors. As well as the management accounts and commercial insight, you will also take ownership of maintaining a robust financial controls process, including reviewing and improving systems and processes, making sure that the business is fully compliant at all times. As Finance Manager, you will support the budgeting and forecasting processes, manage cash flow and deliver monthly cash forecasts. The business is going through a number of strategic change projects including new systems implementation which you will play a hands-on role in, as well as driving the culture towards an effective business partnering operation.
