Chef de Partie- Luxury Hotel - 2 AA Rosette Our Client: Our Client is a Luxury Hotel with an Award Winning 2 AA rosette Restaurant. Situated close to Milton Keynes and within commuting distance of Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire this stylish boutique hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their talented brigade of chefs. The Role: We are looking for a strong Commis chef and or Demi Chef de Partie looking for their next promotion and to work in a professional kitchen, with an emphasis on high quality fine dining. The ideal candidate will come from a 1/ 2 rosette background and also have some experience of catering for banquets/ functions. This is a busy creative kitchen which also offers a strong work life balance. More importantly we are looking for someone who is keen to work and wants to work in a close-knit team pushing to continuously create high quality dishes.
