Overview
A medium sized residential developer specialise in both Share Ownership & Private Housing are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their team for 6 weeks to push through to hit sales targets for their end of year figures Day to day duties: Progress the sale from reservation through to completion Update plot files Keep in touch with the Sales Teams on site Ensuring all legal documentation is with relevant parties Liaising with the vendors legal teams Keeping the customer up to date with completion dates & milestones in the process In order to be successful within this role you will need extensive experience within a similar sort of position or will have to have conveyancing experience, this role is an immediate start so please do not apply if you have a notice period For more information please contact Zoe Georgiou
