Overview
The contracting division of Macildowie HR, have been approached by a well known organisation in Dunstable to recruit for a HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC basis. The successful HR Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £45,000 annual salary. The duties of the HR Business Partner will include but not be limited to: - Being a main POC for a variety of stakeholders, providing sound and knowledgeable HR advice, - Supporting Senior Management with career and talent mapping to support employee growth plans - Coaching and overseeing the HR Advisor and Junior Business Partner. - Analysis of absence and sickness and working with line managers to improve unplanned absences ensuring compliance with UK legislations at all times. - Personally looking to develop understanding and knowledge around UK legislations ensuring all updates and changes are communicated thoughout HR and Senior Management teams. - Supporting Senior HR team members with employee relations cases, with a particular focus on performance management. - Working closely with wider HR team, providing support to other areas when required. - Supporting with the delivery of HR projects including system updates, policy changes and management information. - Ad hoc duties when required. The ideal candidate will: - Have studies CIPD, ideally being CIPD level 5 qualified - However this isnt essential. - Strong understanding and experience of working with UK legislation and working case laws. - Experience of managing Employee relations cases. - Be a strong communicator with experience of supporting Senior Managers. - Have sound working knowledge of technology including using HR systems. The Organisation The business are located in Dunstable and have undergone a period of change and transformation as a result they require the assistance of a HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC basis. The firm offer a brilliant working environment including recently refurbished offices, open plan working environments and free onsite parking Salary and Benefits The HR Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus free onsite parking at the companies site in Dunstable. There is potential that the position could become permanent however this is not guaranteed.
