You'll join a growing People team with a new VP of People, gearing up to disrupt traditional HR and enable our business to reach the stars. You would be key in supporting our managers and team leads to facilitate and implement these changes. We'll need you to be analytical, hard working, evidencing hands-on experience in organization change & transformation, employee relations and employment law and have a passion for stellar service delivery. We're particularly interested if you have worked in a scale-up or enterprise software environment. In this newly created role, you'll be our resident go-to HRBP, for the growing EMEA team. The role is broad and generalist, inclusive of all the usual day to day business partnering as well as implementing organizational change and leading programming across our global organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with the business and ensure a deep understanding of the business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team * Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community of leaders that will improve the development of the business * Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations * Be the ambassador of Domino organizational culture, plan and implement organizational culture activities * Drive employee engagement agenda for local employees * Take care of HR operation activities: e.g. issuance of offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, leaving process * Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case * Plan and drive the recruitment process based on business requirements * Work with broader global HR team on programming, projects and initiatives REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum Bachelor's degree * 5-7 years of HR working experience * HR experience technology industry will be an added advantage * Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management * In-depth knowledge of local compliance and labour laws * High EQ and interpersonal skills * Be self-motivated, diligent and accountable, with the ability to adapt to changes quickly ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU COULD EXPECT TO: * Host cross-functional discussions on career framework design or the latest people team project * Deliver one of our training modules for new managers * Investigate ad hoc questions from employees * Help a manager build an action plan for their team based on their responses in Culture Amp * Coach managers on employee performance issues * Have a well being check-in with a team member to make sure we are supporting and engaging them IS THIS JOB FOR ME? * You inspire trust through your thoughtful, empathetic and honest communication style.
