Interim HR Business Partner - Leading Oil and Gas Firm - Sunbury - £329-369 per day PAYE or Umbrella only Interim HR Business Partner - Leading Oil and Gas Firm - Sunbury on-Thames - £329-369 per day PAYE or Umbrella only Your new company A leading international Oil & Gas Firm Your new role A generalist HR Business Partnering position supporting a US and UK population. You will assist with the finalising of a recently implemented restructure project. Subsequently aiding the embedding of the restructure; including the integration of several new managers into the organisation. You will be expected to demonstrate a sound knowledge of all aspects of HR; appropriately advising other business functions and department leads. You will be a primary point of contact for ER related matters and should have experience handling disciplinary cases, absenteeism, grievances etc. You will be expected to support the recruitment and retention program, although this isn't a significant element of the role. You will act as expert client for the business with the operational service delivery model; engage leadership and line managers to leverage maximum value from the service delivery model and to ensure silent running of HR operations. What you'll need to succeed You will be a pro-active commercially driven experienced business partner, ideally from a highly regulated industry background where you will have supported an international population. You must have experience operating in global matrix corporation at a senior level. You will have excellent stakeholder management and team management abilities. You will need to have significant experience in all aspects of human resources, preferably with exposure to transformation and change projects.
