Financial Planning Analyst Location: Camden Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p/a Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours full time working week. We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to review investment appraisals and to support the delivery and design of the Group’s Long Term Financial Plan. Duties: Support the Head of Financial Planning & Investment in the production and maintenance of the annual Long Term Financial Plan and quarterly updates. Working with the Development team to review investment appraisals, using either ProVal, Argus or bespoke models and contributing to the reports submitted to Executive for approval of all schemes. Produce Stress tests and scenarios analysis of the Long Term Financial plan to assess the financial viability of the group. Understand and explain model results and wider commercial implications, verbally and in written reports. What’s in it for you? Annual leave – 28 days plus bank holidays. About You: Part or fully qualified accountant (CCAB/CIMA)/Finance Analyst (CFA) Knowledge of investment appraisal techniques Knowledge of the Housing Sector Experience of working with development project appraisals. Proficient in the following software packages: Housing Brixx, SDS-Sequel, ProVal. Is this the role for you?
