Private Practice, non - contentious construction, senior associate, top tier firm, London Your new company An internationally recognised law firm, based in London, are seeking a senior non - contentious associate to join their growing construction department. You must have extensive non - contentious construction experience and be looking for career progression. Your new role You will be managing and assisting on a wide range of matters including development, development/acquisition finance/renewable energy/infrastructure transaction and acting for both domestic and international clients. Additionally, you will be advising on procurement routes and choice of contract; all construction legal documentation including construction and engineering contracts and ancillary documents and advising in relation to construction obligations in funding/ development/ purchase agreements and agreements for lease.
