Job Description

WHAT WE NEED We're looking for a Non-Executive Director to chair the board of Revolut's Wealth & Trading entity in UK (Revolut Trading Ltd). This entity plans to become an authorised MiFID firm regulated by FCA. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Define Revolut Trading Ltd Board risk appetite for the different risks Revolut Trading faces. Work closely with Revolut Group's Board of Directors to set risk appetite, proper governance processes and monitor entity performance Quantify risks and define monthly risk management indicators to implement processes for reporting and escalation to the Board Ensure that the decision making processes of the Board are effective and that the Board challenges sufficiently and effectively major proposals that are put forward by the executive management team as represented by the Revolut Trading Ltd CEO WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED Experience as a board member of a MiFID firm in the UK Start-up / high-growth company experience Rigid understanding of Wealth & Trading regulation Technical background Aptitude for innovation and automation A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
