Commercial Paralegal Temp to perm £150-200 per day City of London THE COMPANY: My client, based in the City, are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. THE ROLE: - Legal review of supplier and customer contracts - Data Protection/GDPR Compliance - Issuance of NDA's, MSA' and other company agreements - Dealing with complex contract issues, liaising with external legal counsel - Procurement support THE PERSON: - At least 2 years's minimum experience within a corporate legal environment - Previous experience with supplier and customer contracts - Understanding of GDPR & IP Law - Experience in a fast-paced environment - Confident to hit the ground running and work on own initiative
