A Chef de Partie role is available at an award winning country hotel located in the Keswick region of Cumbria Role: A country house hotel that has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of five working in the kitchen.This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is seeking a role where they can concentrate on restaurant dining as there is no banqueting that takes place at the hotel.The restaurant has been awarded one AA Rosette for the modern British dishes it creates which take advantage of the excellent produce available from suppliers that are based locally to the property. Requirements: All chefs applying for this role should have been working to Chef de Partie level previously or alternatively could be a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career.It is important that you have been working in high quality, fresh food kitchens and are eager to continue working in a kitchen where you will be pushed.
