Overview

Sous chef required in the keswick part of the Lake District. The hotel has fresh food, live in and is of a rosette level. The role We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background and able to work within the main kitchen. You will be good at your time keeping and organisational skills. you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. The role includes all the normal sous chef duties.
