Chef de Partie required for a Fresh Food Restaurant within a 3 star hotel Hotel in the Keswick area. Salary is up to £22,000 and live in is available. This restaurant has high standards and is producing fresh produce dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie. The role: We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for a Chef de Partie with current experience as a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in their career.
