Overview
Arthur Financial are working with a Global (Re) Insurer to find them a Financial Risk Manager to support the Head of the function. Working with the wider Risk management team you will provide portfolio management oversight and support from a risk management point of view, supporting the calibration and validation of risk parameters for use in Capital Modelling. Using your Quantitative skillset you will carry out reviews of risk frequently. The incumbent will be expected to assist with the development of new Risk Frameworks, Investment guidelines along with providing contribution to the ORSA process. It is imperative that the you maintain communication with the Internal and External investment managers to share market insights and risk assessments. This opportunity would suit someone with 3 years experience working within financial/investment risk ideally within an Insurance company, actuarial function or consultancy.
