Snowfields care is a new care and support company covering Southampton, Fareham and the New Forest area, aiming to provide high-quality care and improve the quality of life to those we support, their family and friends, and our staff. Each client is catered for individually, making their dreams and values at the centre of our services. Job Description We are currently looking to recruit passionate and positive senior support workers/team leaders for our domiciliary care and support living services in Fareham and New Forest Area. Our senior support workers must be pro-active and ready to lead a team effectively while upholding our values. Successful applicants will be supporting our clients in their own home. Your responsibilities will include: Personal care Supporting with continence issues Medication management Assisting with domestic tasks Social and emotional support Coordinating with the management team Supervising and supporting staff Being in charge of on-call help Benefits of this employment position include: Competitive wages Pension scheme 5.6 weeks annual leave Paid training courses Paid travel costs Funded NVQ training (conditional) This vacancy is available full-time, with minimum of 37.5 weekly working hours, and paid weekly office hours. There is a six month probation period for this position, including paid training sessions, with a pay-rise after this time. A full valid UK driving licence is required for this position, for staff and client transport, and to give freedom to everyone. Business insurance and fuel expenses will be paid for by Snowfields Care. All offers of employment will be subject to DBS checks (self-paid).
