Job Description for iGaming Product Owner About this opportunity Exciting opportunity to join a new and ambitious white label casino platform. Be part of a team to bring a new product to market and have a significant input to the direction and success of the business. The team are looking at innovative ways to optimise the user experience through applying data analytics and AI driven content optimisation and this role will own this initiative. Responsible for customer experience, customer journeys and customer acquisition. You will adopt a build, measure, learn approach, utilising A/B and MVT testing along with various data analysis tools. You will take overall responsibility for the platform product roadmap, working with the software delivery team to drive new product innovation and maximise performance. Role • Define product roadmap and lead on product development and innovation to ensure success • Translating business needs into product features • Managing the product backlog and development roadmap • Achieving optimal customer satisfaction through interaction with the system across all channels • Establishing product/feature acceptance criteria and overseeing user acceptance testing • Managing the progression of development through leadership and management of each project • Working closely with the senior management to ensure scheduling, prioritization and resource allocation is in-line with business needs • Delivering projects on time ensuring they meet the agreed completion and acceptance criteria • Managing of all dependencies relating to the project and removing impediments • Liaising with third party providers to ensure punctual completion of projects without compromising on quality • Offering the highest degree of knowhow within the business for the iGaming platform across all product verticals. Requirements • Significant experience in a product management role within the online casino platform business • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail • Track record of successful projects within the role of Product Owner • Comfortable working across multiple projects with challenging deadlines • Experienced in relationship management with third party suppliers at all levels • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • Team player with an agile mindset and a positive attitude • iGaming experience required • Experience using data to drive decisions • Strong skills in testing software for user acceptance purposes • Good understanding of Game content platforms, KYC service providers & Payment providers • Good understanding of customer account management - including CRM & customer verification • Good understanding with legal & regulatory compliance in the iGaming sector
