Overview

HR Manager Contract Type Permanent Salary £60,000-80,000 depending on experience Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Oversee and monitoring the HR team for fast-paced, high volume recruitment across multiple sites Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy. Ensure all appropriate policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to with clear audit trails and maintain all records in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). To strive for efficiency and ensure confidentiality, whilst continuously improving delivery of HR services to Managers and all employees Provided first line support to Managers in all matters relating to HR Offer advice, arranging and supporting disciplinary and grievance hearings within policy, producing correspondence using standardised business formats. Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes. Update and maintain the HR employee database, prepare and submit periodic management information reports Track employee absence (holiday, sickness and other approved absences) and notify any discrepancies to their immediate supervisor. Manage the company’s benefits programmes, including Pensions and Private Health Insurance Able to motivate and set out HR policies, strategies and initiatives to energize and streamline the company’s HR function Support the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc. Carry out new starter inductions. Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals. Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary. Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation. Visa and right to work annual audit Who we are looking for ? Essential ? 5 years of experience within senior HR roles - ideally within online gaming Strong capability in overseeing fast-paced, bulk recruitment across multiple sites Happy working in start-up business environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office ? Desirable ? Knowledge and understanding of both English and Japanese business cultures Experience working for an international company Knowledge of the iGaming industry Knowledge of the Blockchain technology Interest in gaming and/or Japanese culture Language requirement Fluent English is essential Location London
